The Fire Goddess is a skilled master metal smith and model maker and designs a unique line of rhodium pendants, pewter beads, pewter buttons and pewter focal pendants and pewter charms. Susan also designs and creates all the wire wrapped jewelry, the wire wrapped embellishments displayed on the site and merges her lampwork with her bead wire wrapping to create distinctive one of a kind pendants, wire wrapped lampwork beads and wire wrapped jewelry.
Susan has dedicated the last 30 years to fashioning, designing and creating handmade jewelry and jewelry embellishments. In the past 11 years Susan's focused has perfected her glass sculpted beads, lampwork glass beads and refinement of her own brand of American made embellishments and jewelry. Initially trained and inspired by many of the leading artists in lampwork glass beads and in jewelry designing, Susan is self-taught and has fashioned her own style with an eclectic blend of colors, textures, designs and movement. Unlike many who begin by creating the bead, Susan begins by visualizing the finished jewelry piece and then conceives the beads and embellishments necessary to create the final jewelry design.
